Hi Community!

My name is Bianca Vaccarini and I am going to be your guys' new online community moderator, taking over for Katharine Sohler. Katy has taken on a new role as our videographer. I will be working with Lawrence Eng to help make your experience using ServiceNow a good one.

My goal, as the new moderator, is to address your concerns individually, to make our interaction as personal and one-on-one as possible. I am just a regular person doing regular things, hoping to make a difference in your user experience. I am an avid writer and I like to dabble in the blogosphere in my spare time. I also find joy in exploring foreign countries and trying new and bizarre foods.
