All,
Thanks for joining us on the Berlin release webinars yesterday. We had over 1,600 people register for these online sessions, and were excited to preview all the new functionality with the attendees.
"Berlin" is the name of the next release from ServiceNow. This release delivers exciting new capabilities for software asset management and for asset management as a whole. The Berlin release also delivers multiple enhancements to the ServiceNow platform - driving improvement across all applications, whether we created them...or you did!
A comprehensive list of the new functionality in the Berlin release can be found in the release notes on the ServiceNow wiki.
You'll find the recording of the webinar at this link --> https://corpsite.service-now.com/servicenow_website/knowledge.do?sysparm_document_key=kb_knowledge,e6e9f2328767240093db7b2d7d434d16
The Q&A from the sessions was particularly large. We are working on this, and hope to have it posted here early next week (week commencing August 6)
More news on Berlin as it comes to hand!
Regards,
Craig.

Further updates
All,
As promised, please find the Q&A from the Berlin webinar. This document is 20 pages long - which explains why it took a little time to get to you! We still have to get answers to the scrum section, but everything else is complete - so we figured we would get this to you now so that you can start reading! I'll update the doc when the scrum section is complete.
I am also attaching the Berlin overview document that we wrote to give a quick overview of the content of the release. Feel free to share this with other people in your team who might be interested in a sneak preview of what's to come.
Regards,
Craig.
