As we all scramble to pack and put the finishing touches on our Knowledge12 breakout sessions, labs, keynotes, ExpoNow booths, Mardi Gras get-ups, etc., we thought it beneficial to provide you with a concise list of Know12 “must-dos”. This comprehensive list captures everything you must do, see and know about Knowledge12 and will serve as a checklist for you before and upon your arrival to New Orleans:

1. ExpoNow
Forget the ole’ exhibit hall... you’re going to ExpoNow! Don’t miss the show floor presentations on technology tips, tricks and industry transformation from our partners and sponsors. ExpoNow will be a place of real learning and excitement...and lots of food!

2.ServiceNow Pavilion and Pulse Check
The doctor is in! Stop by the ServiceNow Pavilion at ExpoNow for a free Pulse Check. ServiceNow experts will walk you through the health of your instance and prescribe an improved health regimen that’s just right for you! You’ll also have a chance to meet the ServiceNow Professional Services Team and hear about how to consolidate redundant systems, automate repetitive processes, put knowledge in the hands of the business and extend ServiceNow value outside of IT-- to the rest of your organization.

3. Networking
Register for the Vertical Networking event, Monday night from 4:00PM-6:00PM in Storyville Hall. Meet your fellow IT peers and discuss topics specific to your industry. Registration will open on Tuesday, May 8th at 2:00PM (PST) via the Knowledge12 Conference Portal.

4. Knowledge12 Conference Portal
The Knowledge12 Conference Portal will go live on Tuesday at 2:00PM (PST). Your user name and password will be emailed to you. Upon receiving your credentials, log in to the Knowledge12 conference portal and let your journey begin. It is here that you will:

• Manage your agenda
• Sign up for labs
• Connect with other attendees
• Share your ideas
• Take notes

9. Lab Fast Pass
Didn’t get a seat in the lab you wanted? Not to worry! Our sponsors will be handing out Fast Passes for reserved seating in the labs. Stop by the sponsor booths in ExpoNow to inquire about how you can get one. But you better act fast--there are only 5 passes for each lab!
