Definitions in this video are from ITIL 3, and have been improved. It may seem silly, but I point it out because ITIL 4 has made some changes to make things less complicated.
Definition of Incident:
"An unplanned interruption to a service or reduction in the quality of a service."
Definition of Incident Management:
"The practice of minimizing the negative impact of incidents by restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible."
Good intro - watch this one twice - still worth watching maybe even a third time
This needs to be updated to be CSDM aligned.
