Defining those categories will be key so an associate is not overwhelmed with questions.
Our KB system is on multiple platforms in my organization, but I think this is definitely going to help us streamline. Great post!

Nice video, thanks. I'm looking for a way to have different levels of KB accessibility/visibility on the Knowledge Homepage. I.e. only the KB's for one department, one team or just a customizeable personal view with a selection of KB's. I have not found a way to do this in the Knowledge homepage.
Knowledge is power, especially if it's easy to find!
Love the knowledge base function. Is there a way to limit how many knowledge base pieces of information ar on the front or the view portion of the screen. I did not catch from the filter how that would work for the user? or if the Knowledge Base Admin would organize that custom function.
I like the rating feature and how the most common articles are shared.
I like the green check mark, to help identify which questions have the best practices or best answers.
