Recovery from Ransomware in minutes with Rubrik and Security Incident Manager

Abstract: Ransomware is impacting a growing number of organizations. Recovery is painful, slow and costly, and often results in a significant impact and the loss of business-critical data. To address this problem, Rubrik and WWT partnered to develop a solution that integrates Rubrik’s Radar with the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR). This solution leverages machine learning to identify anomalies in the snapshots taken by Rubrik to identify malicious behavior and create incidents within (SIR). Security professionals can then execute a workflow to learn the scope of the infection, identify the last known clean copy and immediately restore the data. With Rubrik and SIR, ransomware has met its match.
