Training includes system admin courses as well as application specific courses. Look at the ServiceNow Training & Certification page on the ServiceNow website, and filter training classes by role, topic, and type. There are some certifications available now and more are planned.
Some classes on the Training site are free and self-paced, such as ServiceNow Foundations Course. Other resources, such as the Learning Library, are a great option as they provide access to training resources that you consume at your own pace (there is a cost for the Learning Library). Documentation is always an excellent source of information, so is the NOWsupport YouTube channel, with its videos organized in playlists.
You can find a list of authorized training partners from the Find a Partner page on the ServiceNow website. Select "Training" under the PartnerNow program on the left side of the page to restrict the results, and apply other filters as needed to search by geography or specific knowledge domains.
How do I train my end users?
The Champion Enablement Community site has various resources, templates, and ideas on how to engage and train end-users. Look in particular under the "Go-Live Communication and Training" section.
For Enterprise, the ServiceNow Foundations eLearning and ServiceNow Foundations Course are a good place to start. Then suggest s/he attend the System Administrator training, and possibly take the exam to become certified. For Express, a good place to start is the Start Here section of the Express Support site. Product documentation is also a good resource.
Yes, there are advanced training classes focused on platform administration and specific solutions. Look at the ServiceNow Training & Certification page on the ServiceNow website, and in particular at the Quick Reference Guide.
The ServiceNow Developer site has a section dedicated to Training. Make sure to select the appropriate release version in the lower-right corner of the screen!
Yes, for me as well. Foundations eLearning URL is not working...
I believe ":" (colon) is missing after http. Once you add it manually, we are good to go.
The external link string is miscoded. It contains the string "http ://", followed by the string "http//".
Remove the second instance of "http%2F%2F" and the link will work.
Fixed, thanks for pointing that out.
