Employee Document Management Bulk Import Functionality

ServiceNow first released Employee Document Management in our London release in late 2018 - our customers were excited at the ability to centralise employee documents against a single employee profile. This enabled simplicity of managing critical documents as it related to an employee, with automated retention policies, stringent security and the ability to purge documents after a specified period of time. 

But what happens to those existing digital documents you may have captured in another HCM or 3rd party cloud tool, prior to deploying EDM? With our Madrid release, we added functionality to bulk import existing digital documents stored in a 3rd party cloud solution or local file system.
