Product Documentation is found by navigating to docs.servicenow.com and selecting your version/release (Figure A). Once you've selected your version, all of the product documentation will be applicable to the version selected. You can easily search for/compare documentation for other versions by selecting the version from the drop-down menu attached to the search bar in the top of any documentation page (Figure B).
