Strongly suggest you modify any ITIL related process or activity descriptions to account for the newer more simplified definitions and descriptions.

You can get some details on SN docs but if you are looking for some kind of bullet points about benefits, I doubt you will get them from any source directly. To note down the benefits, you can visit SN doc/ SN Video / other YouTuber's video and make your own points.
