Hard to keep this up to date with the speed of changes 🙂 Though, small input what I found:

CIS
- Financial Management. On Saba there's a free course "Financial Management Fundamentals and Implementation", this will provide you with an exam-voucher. Haven't seen a fundamentals class for a while anymore.

Micro
- Agile and Test Management Implementation. On Saba there's a free course "Agile and Test Management 2.0 Implementation", this will provide you with an exam-voucher.
- CSM with Service Management for Implementers. On Saba there's a free course "CSM with Service Management for Implementer", this will provide you with an exam-voucher.
- Platform Subscription Model. On Saba there's a free course "ServiceNow Platform Subscription Model", this will provide you with an exam-voucher.

- Automated Test Framework. On Saba there's a free course "Automated Test Framework (ATF) Fundamentals", this will provide you with an exam-voucher.
- Flow Designer. On Saba there's a free course "Flow Designer Fundamentals", this will provide you with an exam-voucher.

For Certified System Admin certification, ServiceNow has mandated to attend 3-day training session for ServiceNow Fundamentals.

Only after attending the training session, Service Now will issue the voucher code which is required for taking up the CSA exam. This is effective 1st July 2018.

Hi John,

As I mentioned in my earlier post, we have to attend 3-day training session on ServiceNow Fundamentals for getting a voucher to appear for CSA exam.

If you are working for a company who is enrolled in the Service Now partner program, then you can complete self-paced ServiceNow Fundamentals module through partner portal. Post completion of this course, you will receive an voucher code for free.

Since you had already completed the training in 2017, I would encourage you to send an email to training@servicenow.com, so that they can give a voucher code if they didn't issue one in 2017. If you can share your company information to training@servicenow.com, they can also confirm if your company is enrolled for partner program.

We are not a partner, just a customer.  According to a reply I got from the training folks, I needed to take the exam within a year of completing the course.  I sent a note back that it would have been nice to have been told that when I took the course ass I never did get the voucher.

Unless I can find some other mechanism into the test, I'm not going to waste my time and my company's money to retake it.

I've been looking over the CIS Exam Blueprints and Now Platform Implementation is not a prerequisite.  Has this changed since the article was written?

Does someone have issue with completing the Integrationhub fundamental course? I am already stuck for 1 week on it. It is just not marking it as completed on the last check. I opened a case too, but nobody is answering there as well.

Yes it does include a voucher to try the test once, if you fail you will be charged to re-try
