Abstract:

Simplifying how results are communicated and providing new insights to stakeholders is often an iterative process. This lab explores advanced use cases for Performance Analytics that can optimize processes, the importance to set goals to strive for improvements in your business and provide insight into record changes over time.

In this lab, you’ll work with formula-based index indicators that summarize a group of KPIs and learn how to use metric indicators that track field changes over time. You’ll walk away with an understanding of how to apply these practical concepts in your own organization.

Prerequisites: Performance Analytics 101 and Reporting 101, or some Performance Analytics experience recommended.
