Abstract:

As a reporting administrator or guru, your organization looks to you when they need to find the right data for their report, when they need to create and use database views, and when they are stuck trying to create an advanced report. This lab focuses on some of the most complex and powerful reporting concepts to ensure you can always produce the perfect report.

In this lab, you’ll manage report data sources and report ranges, add reports to the Service Portal, create and use a database view, manage metric instances, create geographical maps, and tune your reports for the best possible performance. You’ll also be able to access bonus exercises that focus on scripted filters and functions. You’ll walk away from this session as a master of ServiceNow Reporting and the envy of your colleagues.

Prerequisite: Reporting 201 or significant ServiceNow reporting experience recommended
