I've really been enjoying going through these Foundations videos. I've learned a few tips and tricks that didn't even occur to me while working within the program for the past year.
It would be nice if there were some way to check off completed videos. I went through all of them, but my completion is still at like 16%. And I have no way of knowing which videos it's not counting, or why.
This video is the first walkthrough of the process a sys admin or service desk employee might take when attending to a simple incident. The steps were clear. The feature that sends a text to the user is great.
