My ServiceNow journey began in 2017-2018, and from the very start, I was deeply impressed by the ServiceNow community. The vast knowledge sharing, the wealth of (free) information and documentation available, and the willingness of the people in the ServiceNow ecosystem to help one another were truly remarkable. This inspired me to start actively contributing.
I began by answering questions, writing articles, and more. I found it incredibly fulfilling – a way to continually expand my own knowledge and skills, test my expertise, and, most importantly, give back.
Fast forward a few years, and my contributions have grown significantly! I've had the privilege of sharing and participating in more than 100 articles, blogs, +275 videos, podcasts, collaborative projects, and more, and I'm still as enthusiastic as ever.
