Abstract:

Join us to learn how critical issues are escalated and resolved faster with Major Incident Management. We’ll review how there is a single pane workbench for IT to make informed decisions, real time status updates to service owners and consumers, and automated documents processes with post-incident reviews. ServiceNow makes collaboration across teams and tracking major issues more agile than ever by having in-workbench communications and conferences to bring in the appropriate people at the right time.
