ITSM Guided Setup helps configure ITSM applications on your ServiceNow instance by guiding you through a series of steps or tasks which are easy to follow and aligned to proven practices. With the new Jakarta release, Guided setup has added process best practice guidance for Incident and Change along with technical guidance though information pages and contextual help.
