Want to be part of something cool? ServiceNow is looking for a select few customers to do an early evaluation of the new ServiceNow Benchmarks capability.   What is it, you ask?   Read on. Community members like you consistently provide valuable product feedback and we listen.   A lot of good feedback has made it into our products. We have just completed development of the first version for ServiceNow Benchmarks and we are looking for customers interested in doing an early evaluation.   Your feedback can influence the product before final launch later this year.

This pilot program is only limited to first 100 qualified customers.   The pilot runs from 09/12 to 09/30

How to participate?

As mentioned above, this pilot has limited seats. If you are interested in participating, please send an email to Benchmark.Feedback@servicenow.com with your contact information (Your Name, Your Company, Company Email Address, Your Job role, ServiceNow Production Instance Account Number) and tell us why you are interested in the Benchmarks pilot.   We will review the request and your participation will be confirmed by email within one week.

What is ServiceNow Benchmark?

ServiceNow ® Benchmarks is an automated IT Service Management (ITSM) benchmark solution that enables ServiceNow customers to compare their key performance indicators (KPIs) with Industry average. ServiceNow customers now have visibility into trends and comparative insights of their overall IT performance. With ServiceNow Benchmarking, customers are empowered to understand their organizational opportunity by contrasting performance with similar businesses or peer groups.

How to see Benchmark reports?

You can see your Benchmark reports by logging in to the HI Service Portal. Click on the Benchmark Icon to see a side by side comparison of your organization's performance relative to industry averages. You will have the ability to filter the data on Industry type or on number of ServiceNow users. You can provide your feedback by clicking on "Provide your Feedback" link.

What data is used in benchmark reports?

We use anonymous, aggregated, usage data to calculate global benchmark KPIs from the ServiceNow cloud.

Customers who provide us with feedback between September 12, 2016 and September 30, 2016 will be entered in a raffle to win one to ten $100 gift cards.
