Getting Started with Performance Analytics

There are a lot of customers that have Performance Analytics (PA) entitlements and either aren't fully utilizing it or possibly have never even turned it on.   If that sounds familiar, ServiceNow has put together an excellent starter guide for new PA users.   Take 30 minutes today to see how much more insight you can have into your data with PA than with just standard reporting by checking out the Getting Started with Performance Analytics Guide.   I've also attached a handy PDF that shows ALL of the out of the box metrics and indicators that are provided for PA customers.   I would bet that many customers are currently extracting data out of ServiceNow into Excel or BI tools to get this same insight when they could be using it right in the platform on your standard ServiceNow dashboards.
