Included in the Developer Toolbox Update Set available on Share (link to Share in the post).
The "Set Event Name" Related Links UI Actions will open a popup window to allow the user to search and select an Event to populate the "Event name" field on the either the Notification or Script Action form:
The "Event name" field is a drop-down list of all the records in the Event Registry table. Unfortunately the control is not very user-friendly and so this UI Action/Page combination makes it much easier.

You can just import them into your instance. As always, try it out in your company's development instance first, or better yet, your own personal development instance.
