The ServiceNow Citizen Developer Training Map will guide you through the courses available to learn how to use ServiceNow's no-code solutions to build custom applications on the Now® Platform. Use the links below to navigate to the Core and Advanced learning paths or navigate directly to the courses.

To get started, enroll in the ServiceNow Citizen Developer Core Skills learning path. Your mission is to complete all three learning quests on Core Skills Island.

  1. Begin with Introduction to App Engine Studio.  This course teaches you how to use App Engine Studio to build a new custom application on the Now Platform.
  2. When your new app is up running, you will want to configure what it looks like and what it does.  Choose the order in which you take the remaining core skill courses based on the topic you would like to learn first.

When you’ve completed all the courses covering the Citizen Developer Core Skills be sure to enroll in the ServiceNow Citizen Developer Advanced Skills learning path to level up and unlock additional Citizen Developer skills. Visit the learning quests on the Advanced Skills islands when you want to learn about each topic.

A message from your friends at Now Learning:

It is our hope the image above combined with the detailed descriptions of the two learning paths will help you become familiar with the Citizen Developer training available here in Now Learning, as well as how all the offerings fit together (and of course have a little fun in the process!)

Be sure to bookmark this page and check back often for updates to the Citizen Developer curriculum!
