Are you new to ServiceNow? Then you probably can’t wait to find out what the ServiceNow platform can do for you. That’s why we’ve introduced a new “Welcome to ServiceNow” course that gives you a great start on your ServiceNow journey. And it’s absolutely free!

The on-demand course takes 2 to 4 hours and lets you work at your own pace. You’ll get an overview of the ServiceNow platform, including the user interface, and how to navigate and use menus on the platform. You’ll also learn how to use lists, filters, forms, reporting, and find out how to get work done with tasks. Then we’ll take you through the basics of how to find information with Knowledge Management and how to request services with the Service Catalog. Finally, we’ll introduce you to Virtual Agent—ServiceNow’s chatbot.

This course is for everyone, no matter what your role. And it’s a lot more than just watching videos. You’ll get interactive lessons, hands-on experience in lab sessions with a real ServiceNow instance, and lots of pointers to useful resources. There’s also an optional micro-certification once you complete the course, setting you on the path to becoming a certified ServiceNow professional.
