ServiceNow self-service content and customer support experiences are critical to ensuring that you provide a consistent and superior experience for your service providers and end users. 

The Design Experience team at ServiceNow is working on a project to better understand how our content and applications (HI, Product Docs, Customer Success, Knowledge Base and Community) could better assist you resolve your issues quicker thus enabling you to be more more strategic and successful.
