Achieve your goals faster with help from upgrade experts

At ServiceNow, we make every effort to help you simplify your upgrades – starting with in platform tools and capabilities such as the Upgrade Center and the Automated Test Framework (ATF). 

Customers who have already upgraded to Paris can use the new Upgrade Center capability from the Now Platform to simplify how to preview, test and run upgrades. Combined with ATF to automate manual testing activities, you can streamline your efforts and cut upgrade time.

For those of you that may need help getting started with these capabilities, you can now get prescriptive guidance and technical help from ServiceNow upgrade experts. Two services – available on the ServiceNow store – can help you, they are the Jumpstart Your Upgrade service and the Remote Administration.

With the Jumpstart your upgrade service, you can get best practices guidance to get started on the right track. On the other hand, you can get technical help by purchasing pre-paid hours with the Remote Administration service. You can purchase these two offerings directly from the ServiceNow store. Customers who need more help from ServiceNow professional services experts should contact their representatives for more information.

Powerful AI-Driven Self-Service Experiences with Virtual Agent

ITSM customers who upgrade to the Quebec release will be able to access an exciting new capability. As part of the latest release, Virtual Agent (VA) will use the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive faster time to value and greater incident deflection. Check out this blog for more information.

Watch out for an invitation to the next Quebec release upgrade webinar where customers who are either planning to activate and deploy Virtual Agent or are in the process of doing so can now get deployment best practices and hot tips on how to manage your implementations while prepare for your organization’s Quebec release upgrade.
