ServiceNow is on a journey to help Now Platform® users discover new and exciting ways to learn and get certified through its Now Learning platform.

Today, we are pleased to announce the availability of a major new version of Now Learning. Built on the Now Platform, Now Learning is loaded with new features for an enhanced user experience. It’s also designed to simplify training management for customers, giving them one place to manage their ServiceNow learning needs.

• A one-stop registration portal for our entire learning catalog, including virtual and in-person instructor-led classes and on-demand courses.
• Personalized learning recommendations based on learning interests and trending content.
• Enhanced search capabilities and improved notifications.
• Achievement maps pave the way to learning paths and give an easy way to share achievements and badges.
• More exam language preferences make getting a ServiceNow certification even more accessible.

Now Learning supports new roles, such as Learning Credit Manager and Training Administrator. Learning Credit Managers manage learning credits and assign individuals to the learning credit pool so they can use company learning credits for training and certification. Training Administrators enroll or assign individuals to training, manage learning credits, and can view reports on their progress.
