ServiceNow Business Continuity Management has been significantly enhanced to better manage a crisis with the new Crisis Map and Crisis Management integration to Everbridge Notifications.

Every day, critical events impact productivity and revenue, cause production slowdowns, impede team callouts, delay responses to time-sensitive issues or require immediate outreach to those impacted. During a crisis, users need to understand how different geographies will be impacted, the impact on the business, and the controls that need to change so they can surgically direct resources for the fastest, most targeted response. However, critical emergency information is not readily available.

Crisis Map was designed to make disaster information easy to find, use, and share. The online maps include the latest satellite imagery and available information to understand the scope and impact of crises by location and plot the ongoing threats and critical assets in line of impact. ServiceNow BCM Crisis Management integration with Everbridge Notification enables organizations to send notifications to individuals or groups using lists, locations, and visual intelligence.  Chief Operational Officers (COOs), business unit leaders, and resilience managers gain the insights, through dashboards and reporting, required to protect their customers, employees, products, and services.
