This webinar will only focus on the service catalog workflows. We will narrow into the journey of service catalog workflows; provide details on how workflows are triggered by various actions, intent behind the workflows and how to modify the workflows. Additional topics include common issues encountered by users such as workflows that do not get triggered at times, troubleshooting of workflows that did not work as expected, common pitfalls, relation with business rules, and more.
