Reference lookup icon missing in reference list view

when we are trying to create a new record from the reference list view, the reference fields on that form don't display the magnifying glass icon.But the auto-complete works.

Please let me know that how can we display the magnifying glass icon on Reference list view.

good point, just noticed that as well, I am guessing ServiceNow hid it on purpose because they don't want popup windows on top of popup windows opening, but it may be worth checking with HI support to see if that is indeed the reason.

Yes as Jonathan explained, popups within popups are not supported. The issue is that since you are in a pop-up window, another pop-up window cannot be opened without overwriting the one you're in.


In Eureka, magnifying glass was greyed out with text indicating that auto-complete should be used instead of another lookup. After Eureka icon is just disabled with no text.
