Hi,
In order to impersonate a user you need to create the User reocrd on the User table(sys_user). Impersonation fetches only those entry/records which are there on the User table as shown below:

Thanks for your response, but I created a user on my application user table. It says that user can't enter to instance with needed roles? If I will grant my application User, he can't access to the instance as regularly created User [sys_user] ?
But there will be some solution. Because in my application I need only my users list to see and would like they can be able to use instance with granted roles. Is that doable?

Hi,
Can you check if Locked out field on user table is marked True? If both Locked out and Active is marked True, user name is not displayed in Impersonation List as well the user won't be able to login to the instance.

may be user is inactive..
