Hello Folks,
I've been facing an issue while accessing some of the records. As an admin I can see, open and modify the record. The problem is when I impersonate with non admin (probably itil and having some other roles like catalog, catalog_admin) user to access that particular record I could see all the records in the list layout and when i click on any of the records it gives me no record found error.
I have supplied the logging(gs.log) in the read ACLs and getting the true value in the logs.
Could anyone suggest something if ever faced this kind of issue.
Thanks!!

hi
We need to override the Read and Write ACL for other users. Create ACL and in the script "answer= true;" so that all other user can also do the functionlity.
Thanks

Thanks Shaik, But as I mentioned already that I am already getting the true value for that user in the logs, but still the user is not able to see the record. I was wondering what controls the view of the records in the list layout. If it would be the read ACL responsible then how could even the user is able to see those records in the list layout even.

Try to add the Role ITIL , under roles related list in ACL for table level.
Give a try once.
