Dear all,
Does anyone could clarify the difference between service now portal SP and ESS ?
When ESS is used compare to SP ?
Why ESS interface different from Sp ?

ESS (employee self service portal) is the old name for the ServiceNow portal and was commonly referred to as CMS. This is now a legacy portal. SP or Service Portal is the modern Service Portal in ServiceNow. Any new work would/should use the Service Portal interface.
