Hello,
I'm using the GRC plugin.
My Item Generation Progress for the controls has been stuck for hours and doesn't move. I can't delete the policy statement, remove the profiles types etc.
Do you have any idea how to fix it? The only solution I found is to restart the instance but I can't do that.
I have tried to kill it in Active Transactions but it show right up again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Found it.
Check these tables and delete the items that may be stuck.
1. sn_grc_item_generation
2. sn_grc_profile_type_processing_element

Hi Bo,
go to table - sn_grc_profile_type_processing_element and sn_grc_item_generation you will see what is stuck.

I'm running into the same issue, when I go to the table, remove the record, and try the "Create Controls Automatically" again, it still doesn't process the request. I'm attempting to create controls within the Audit module to create a test case for using ServiceNow company-wide.
