can I use interactive filter for performance analytics widget?

I have created a performance analytics dashboard and wanted to add an interactive filter in it. The filter works well for a report that I have added as a gauge but it is not working for the PA widget. Let me know if anyone has any suggestion.

Interactive filters only work on report widgets and not on Performance Analytics widgets.

PS: Starting from Helsinki, breakdown (source) dashboard can be related to interactive filters so the selected breakdown element on the dashboard acts as filter for Performance Analytics widgets and reporting widgets (when the widget is set to follow the filter).

Yes the responsive dashboard has been enabled. I have created a breakdown dashboard and it is working well with my PA widgets and on the other hand I have interactive filter working for a report. the issue that I facing is that my interactive filter is not working with my PA charts.
