I would like to take you on a journey, starting where you are today, wherever that is, and help you along your learning to success.
We have devised a little roadmap that should be relevant most of new comers. It emphasizes the destinations you can aspire to (like "Maturity level" 1, 2, 3 etc), utilizes the great expertise that can be found at NOW (Product Managers, Implementation Specialists, etc.) and the training assets available (Courses, Trainers) to offer you a step by step guide.
Here is (screenshot below) what this roadmap looks like today.
As I type these lines we have already held the first tutorials that took us through pre-implementation for both Policy & Compliance and Risk Management. We are now preparing the second episode of the series. It will cover what you need to do roll out and go live.
Enjoy, ask questions and let us know how we are doing.
Cheers,
EF
In more detail:
At the beginning, your processes are manual, based on emails and spreadsheets. They don’t scale well and you are very concerned with all the unknowns.
You need to prepare your implementation.
There are critical steps you have to follow to be successful fast.
View the 13-minute pre-implementation video tutorial, download the guide and ask questions.
More soon.

In a new installment of our "New Customer" tutorials series, Mike Yancheson, Director of Global Security & Risk Alliances at ServiceNow guides us through the steps and approach to take in order to select the right partner for your implementation.
You will remember from the first episode that our specialists strongly advise to work with a certified partner (or ServiceNow Professional Services) to make sure that you get high value from the applications quickly and cost-effectively.
Watching this tutorial you will then know how to select the right partner for your journey.
As always, do not hesitate to ask questions here, ServiceNow and other customers with partners will provide answers.
