How to enable contextual search in the Service Portal?

I wanted to know how we can enable contextual search in our service portal. When a user wants to know how to reset the password for a certain program a knowledge base article will show up.

Hi Pradeep,



I used workaround provided to make it work in service portal. It is working fine for all KB articles but when i click on any catalog item which came in search results, it is redirecting me to same catalog form in service portal.

Contextual Search widget is working in Service Portal however only for OOB Knowledge Bases but not work for user-created knowledge bases.

 

When I am searching in Record producer in platform then it is searching in knowledge base that I have created. (because i have configured Filter for Configuration Record Producer)

BUT same search is not working in SP,  its searching in entire list of Knowledge bases not in the one which I have defined in filters.
