Chris Pope, the ServiceNow VP of Innovation provides his thoughts on what IRM means for customers and the market. Afterward, Hassan Javed will demonstrate how ServiceNow implements an IRM solution. IRM is integral to an organizations’ risk and compliance posture, which makes it a hot topic of conversation at all levels in an organization.

Chris Pope, VP of Innovation at ServiceNow, is a strategy leader at ServiceNow, helping customers transform their IT with enterprise service management. With more than 15 years of experience in driving enterprise-class technologies for Global 2000 companies, Pope has a proven track record of managing large-scale process and technical projects with global reach. Prior to ServiceNow, Pope worked at leading financial institutions UBS, NYSE Euronext and Lehman Brothers. He holds a degree in electronic engineering from De Montfort University in the UK. Pope frequently shares his insight on the ServiceNow blog.
Hassan Javed, Director of IT audit at ServiceNow, is focused on risk-based and compliance audits, and data analytics. For the last several years he has been dedicated to building out GRC internally for continuous controls monitoring, Legal (e.g. GDPR, Privacy Shield), and IT Security. With more than 15 years in the information technology field, Hassan is a CISA, CRISC, VCP, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Louisiana State University.
