Hi,

I have a general question about service mapping licenses. Currently how a service mapping is licensed ?

per entry point  or 

per service or

per node

Service Mapping is per node.  Your account team can give you more details specific to your account and possible existing contracts.

Does Service Mapping License and functionality comes with APM or do i need to purchase it separately?

Or does it comes only with Discovery?

In the NY release, Service Mapping and Discovery are part of ITOM Visibility; Application Portfolio Management falls under ITBM. Totally different suites and licenses.

Thanks for the reply Duane.

we are planning to make a use of "Convert to Application Service" functionality to create Service maps. do we still need to purchase any  license for it apart from APM.
