Struggling with HR department in my Discord server business

Hey, I have a business where we whitelist NFTs using an active Discord server but I am experiencing trouble with keeping track of employee progress. Is there an application or website I can use that is cheap? Preferablly something for which I do not need to hire an IT guy. I personally cannot take care of it as I am already busy with the Splitgate Discord server. So does anyo0ne have a cheap digital solution to my problem? Let me know.
