Update glyph icons in service portal

Hi,

Current there are 576 Glyph Icon (Font Awesome icon), are there to be selected from the glyph field in instance options in Service Portal.

How can we leverage the new or missing Font Awesome icons to be available in the Glyph menu.

I already tried including the latest font awesome js into our theme without any change.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hey Smruti,

The trick is to create a css file with font files as attachments. Below is a link to a Share we have created for the same.

Hi Annmol,

The link to the Share was changed when ServiceNow made changes to the Share Portal. Here is the new link:
