We just started using ServiceNow. In Okta, there is a icon to click on. On the first click, the user is taken to the Service Portal, on subsequent clicks the user is taken to the ServiceNow instance. We have spent time developing the Service Portal, and would much rather have users taken there.
1. Can we lock down the instance to where normal users (non-itil) cannot access the instance?
2. Or...is there a way to make it where everyone is taken to the Service Portal, and those with ITIL access can then access the instance?
