How to access the new password widget and password reset page from portal

Hello guys,

Hope you are doing great!!

I'm not an expert on service portal and I need to complete this tasks:

- Make the "Reset Password" widget available for all portal users.
    - I tried setting the widget inside a frame but it only works if the user is already logged in.

- Make the password reset process pages available for portal users.
   - I have set up password reset app on my instance so I need the user to click on the email links and be sent to portal with the process flow and the rest of the items inside it.

Any comment is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I'd recommend you install the plugin for and set the property to true: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/build/service-portal/concept/user...

It needs to be visible to "public".

Unfortunately, because the user is not authenticated, the system won't know if they're supposed to be there or not.
