Hi all,
I think the new Service Portal has a bug. Or the bus is with my instance.
See.
I create a simple onChange catalog client script to show a alert.
When I try from service catalog, its ok.
But, when I try from Service Portal, don't 😕
Anybody can help me? This is happens with someone?

Hi all,
I solved this issue.
For catalog client scripts work in Service Portal, you have change the UI Type to Mobile or Both.
Also, if you use GlideRecord in script field, you should use a script include/ajax.

This instance is new, I requested it on this week, and I receive with Helsinki release.

To check the catalog client script working:
ServiceNow - catalog
For Service Portal, were the catalog client script don't working:
