Is the GRC Service Portal available OOB?

Hello Folks,

This portal is very basic and can be built using OOB widgets. A few months back I had a chat with ServiceNow GRC experts and it came to my attention that they followed the OOB widgets to define it. So if you sit and learn a basic portal you can define this portal in a week or 2.

ServiceNow will never ship this portal in any version as it's built by using OOtB portal widgets and can be built by customers.

I believe GRC is packaged with Security now. But it's ALWAYS best to consult with your sales rep.

I think your question is specifically about whether there are portals included with the GRC baseline. The answer is that as of Madrid they are not, however I do believe that persona-based experiences (aka User-specific portals) are on the Business Units roadmap. I am just not sure of when will be included in a release.

The portal showed in the picture is not part of the OOB. It is a custom build portal, I believe ServiceNow internal use.
