Hello,
I have a question about actual project cost and need some help understanding. We are trying to implement PPM with the Financial Planning Module for Budget and Forecast. For the actual cost of the project for different cost plans, we are going to pull it from the GL. Is it my correct understanding that the data needs to stored in the ITFM GL Data Staged Table which will be pulled into Budget Actuals Table when "Generate Actuals" is clicked?

In PPM with Financials flow, Actuals are populated based on the Expense lines against cost plans/time cards. Please refer to the below doc for these details:

Coming to Actuals generation, when you are promoting a forecast plan from Portfolio workbench, we also generate. "ITFM GL Data Staged" can be used in non-PPM flow.

I think he may also be concerned with non-labor costs like software licenses, hardware etc.
