How to get demo instance username and password

I have my own   instance, and i need demo instance   for ' UPDATE SET ' practice. to Transfer update sets.

ServiceNow public sandboxes with full administrative access have been deprecated. Sorry

However you can register on developers.servicenow.com to claim free instance.
