It seems that they notification for the new assessments are sent based on the assessment tables instead of the incident table. How can I include the incident number, CI, and short description in the assessment notification when an incident is closed?

You can get it through through the "trigger_id" field. Here is an example of a notification we use that runs off the Assessment Instance table:

The another way to get incident num or any number that extends task table is by using task_id field in the email notification.
