Servicenow classic mobile app VS servicenow Agent

Hi Folks,

I would like to know what is the exact difference b/w servicenow classic mobile app and servicenow agent mobile app.

There are many.

  • Agent is only usable with instances using Madrid or later. (Classic is for anything prior to Madrid.)
  • Agent is much, much easier to build in, as it is designed as an actual application Vs built using HTML5 code.
  • Building in Agent is somewhat similar to building apps on the platform, just less parts to it.
  • Agent allows control of a few more settings it seems like from the device.

Adding to this, the user interface is a lot easier to navigate (according to agents I have spoken with). I also like the notifications for the Agent app vs the Classic App. I tend to accidentally clear all my notifications from my phone and with the Agent app it's a lot easier to find past notifications.

Building on what Scott and Waleska have said the agent mobile app is a lot more capable and has a fullfiller or agent as it user focus.

The classic one was more consumer than fulfiller and my personal opinion is that the agent version is much better and will deservedly replace the old classic variant.
