Self Service password reset - redirect to login page

Hi Team,

I am looking for a code for redirecting to default login page after successful self-service password reset ('reset your password here' link on the login page).

Currently after successful password reset the password form stays as is with the following message. After this message, one has to use the browser back navigation button to display the login page.

"The system has reset your password and will email it to you."

Request your assistance to configure this OR providing a link/button on the password reset form which takes to the default login page.
