Hi,
I have migrated the legacy survey by the followed the instructions as per the document:
I am not able to get the survey notification when an in incident is resolved.
Trigger condition:
I have deactivated the survey condition after migration as per the document.
A business rule is auto created after migration:

Hi,
Surveys would be generated from that business rule; I don't think email notification is generated directly.
Did you configure some email for this?

Hi,
A notification is triggered which have to be sent to the caller once the incident is resolved. From which the caller will take the survey by clicking the below link. The below notification is not triggered. But is working fine when we add the above condition in the "survey condition" but not in "trigger condition".
