Hi All,
I will be appearing for the Certified Implementation Specialist - Application Portfolio Management(CIS APM) exam. Can anyone please help me with the materials like where to prepare from so that I would pass the exam , difficulty level of the exam etc?

Exciting! I just sat for the exam a couple weeks ago. Below are my tips:

1. Level Set:
   • Review the ServiceNow Exam Specification so you understand what will be included on the exam
   • Review the ServiceNow Certification Program FAQ
   • Review the Learning Path below or here.
2. Study:
   • Go to your ServiceNow Now Learning account and sign up for  the Certified Implementation Specialist Application Portfolio Management (APM) path (note this is a PATH and not a course).
   • Take all courses in the path
   • The following courses are what you should complete:
   • • ServiceNow Fundamentals or ServiceNow Fundamentals Path - 3 days
     • Get Started with Now Create - 20 minutes
     • ServiceNow Platform Implementation - 3 days
     • Application Portfolio Management (APM) Fundamentals - 45 minutes
     • Application Portfolio Management (APM) Implementation - 1 hour 45 minutes
3. Test your Knowledge
   • Study these Quizlet cards and you should have a good understanding of APM. Note: These Quizlet cards are NOT sanctioned by ServiceNow. They were created by me to study for the exam. Assume they are important and accurate at your own risk and they are current as of August 2020.
